Your baby is growing
At 18 inches in length and almost 5 pounds the happiness is growing steadily. Her smoother skin, the fat layers, rounded features and the other changes are all gearing her for an entry in to a new world. The other changes include the central nervous system and the lungs which continue to mature. Babies born between 34 and 37 weeks usually tend to do fine if there are no other health issues. So, stop worrying about a premature delivery.

Now, you might start feeling a bit exhausted, which again is very normal as you would be undergoing physical strain and might have to visit the bathroom more often to pee.
Slow down your pace a bit and start conserving energy. Quicker actions now, may cause a temporary drop in blood pressure leading to dizziness.
There might be some itchy red uneven patches on your tummy and thighs. There is no need to panic as this is quite harmless. If required, you may consult a skin specialist.
